Professional staff is the motivating force of any progressive and productive company. At present training and promotion of the ATC staff is becoming an essential task in accordance with actual goals an objectives.
The programmed training of the ATS staff of ARMATS is based on the ESARR5 regulatory requirements of EUROCONTROL and common requirements of the European Community. In order to provide the compliance of the ATC staff training level with the above-mentioned requirements, continuous assessment of knowledge and skills of the ARMATS’ staff is carried out. Based on the held analysis, a training process, which includes theoretical and practical preparation, is organized within the company, as well as with the support of partners in other training centers. In this regard we cooperate with our partners in the training centers in Prague, M.L.S International College in GB, Aviation Training Center of RA, and the American University of Armenia.
The whole training is based on the standards of international programs and is directed to the improvement of knowledge, skills and experience of the specialists, aiming to provide qualitative and safe service.
