Technical Monitoring Department
The Technical Monitoring Department was established in 2006 for monitoring of the facilities and technical means for provision of the ATC.
The main tasks of the Technical Monitoring Department are:
- Analysis of statistical information on the technical state of radio-technical equipment for flight operations, aeronautical telecommunication and power supply, assessment of their influence on the flight safety
- Compiling and introduction of the reports on the performance of the radio-technical aids according to the reports provided by the respective technical services.
- Operation analysis of technical provision aids and development of suggestions on their improvement.
- Analysis of utilization (use) of the logistic support aids and development of suggestions on their optimization.
- Provision of cooperation between “ARMATS” and other companies, which provide licenses to use the radio frequencies.
- Record of the used radio frequencies.
- Taking steps for metrological provision of the radio-technical and electro-technical measurement equipment.
- Provision of measures for depreciation (extension of the service life) of the radio-technical equipment for flight operations, aeronautical telecommunication and power supply aids.
