GEN 1.6  Summary of national regulations and international agreements/conventions

Following is a list of civil aviation legislation, air navigation regulations, etc., in force in the Republic of Armenia. It is essential that persons engaged in air operations in these territories be acquainted with relevant regulations. Copies of the documents may be obtained from the Aeronautical Information Service. 5  Miscellaneous

Foreign license issue and validation procedure.

- The basis for issuing license is the solution of High Qualification Commission/HQC/ of the GDCA of Armenia.

- In order to obtain license the candidate should fulfill an application of istablished form.

- The persons who have been employed for the temporary work to the GDCA of Armenia and who have licenses of aviation personal, issued by other states, should supply an application of established form and pass the inspection of HQC for the purpose of correspondence to the established Civil Aviation requirements of the Republic of Armenia and legalization of their licenses or for issuing the licenses of the Republic of Armenia/RA/. In case of license legalization the HQC of the GDCA of RA sets their validation by the relevent solution, which is carred out with the license. The resolutions validation period should not exceed the validation period of the license.
